At the gateway to Chalosse, come meet Sophie and Didier, true representatives of the Landes region. This friendly, comfortable inn is located on the family farm. The cuisine served there is traditional, made using products from the 100% duck farm. You are in for a treat with the house specialities: duck breast with peaches, duck breast Rossini and warm foie gras served with apples or grapes. At the end of your meal, the owner will come and personally offer you the traditional Landes digestif. Taste and enjoy! Be sure to ask for a tour of the farm. The ducks are raised and fattened in the traditional method with maize grown on the family farm. Tours are available for groups, by reservation.
